    This hop dominated flavor profile makes this beer a Northwest favorite.

  • English Bitter

    • ABV: 3.5%

    • Yeast: British Ale II
    • Hops: Fuggle, Willamette

    Moderate bitterness with low hop flavor and fruity esters and earthy floral character; an easy-drinking session beer.

  • Flandish Red Sour Ale

    • IBU: 1 maybe
    • Color: 14.1
    • Yeast: Yes, and some other stuff too!
    • Hops: Willamette

    Our take on a classic Belgian flanders red.

  • Saison

    • ABV: 6.7%

    • Yeast: Belgian Ardennes
    • Hops: Crystal

    Light body, this traditional Saison includes Seeds of Paradise for a slight pepper flavor and bitter orange peel. Crisp and dry Pairs well with sunshine and friends.

  • Rye Pale

    • ABV: 5.8
    • IBU: 27.8
    • Color: 5.4
    • Yeast: American Ale II
    • Hops: Tettnang

    Lighter in body, this delicious taste of summer experiments with adding 22% rye to the mix. Pairs well with a picnic or barbecuing with friends.

  • Yellow Truck Pilsner

    Our take on a true American Lager. Using all German ingredients, but with rice so it’s Americanized.

  • Buddhahed Milk Stout

    Creamy, silky, smooth. Craving a beer to finish off your night? This will suffice!

  • Weizenbock (Flying Lion Collaboration)

    Brewed down the street at Flying Lion in Columbia City. This is our take on a German Weizenbock. Similar to that of a Hefewiezen with notes of banana, but more malty. Take on summer with this tasty treat.

  • Altbier

    • Grains: Pilsen, Munich, and Caramel Extra Dark

    Taking place of it’s predecessor, Scottish Red, this beer encapsulates what a malt forward German beer tastes like.

  • Well’s Helles

    • Hops: German Herkules, German Hallertau Blanc

    After a recent trip to Bavaria, the owners and brewer rediscovered, and fell in love with, the Munich Helles style of bier. Our version uses 100% German malt, hops, yeast, and Munich water profile. The light and refreshing Helles bier is the perfect thirst quencher all year long and pairs exceptionally well with almost everything.

    This is one of our house-strain sour ales.

  • Dark Sour Ale

    • Yeast: Yes, and some other stuff too!
    • Hops: Willamette

    This guy was spontaneously fermented, has bold chocolate notes with tart earthy accenting flavors making this a very interesting and delicious sour ale.
