After a recent trip to Bavaria, the owners and brewer rediscovered, and fell in love with, the Munich Helles style of bier. Our version uses 100% German malt, hops, yeast, and Munich water profile. The light and refreshing Helles bier is the perfect thirst quencher all year long and pairs exceptionally well with almost everything.
Brewed for Renton City Comic Con 2018. This beer is a good mix between old and new style IPAs with plenty of bitterness and dry citrus flavors. We used only Skagit Valley Malt in this beer.
Highway 99 IPA
Highway 99 IPA is made exclusively for Highway 99 Blues Club. This very mild and traditional northwest style IPA is sure to please the non-hop lover as well as the hop heads.
A beer that originated in Goslar, Germany. Flavors of our gose include sour, salt, and coriander. This beer is brewed with all German ingredients with an addition of Alaska Pure Sea Salt to give it a Pacific Northwest spin.
